Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unaltered, with the shipping pack label, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@drmaggieyu.net. If the return is deemed due to an issue starting from our side and your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the return is due to your decision not to accept the products (such as not needing the product or having too many already, not modifying/canceling your subscription(s) in time, or refusing delivery), then you will be required to obtain your own shipping label at your own expense. If you request/require we provide a return shipping label for you, the additional shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, you will not be refunded.

Once received at our warehouse, the returned item(s) will be inspected. If products are deemed in good condition (unopened and unaltered), a refund for the items will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not process returns on weekends or holidays. 

 

Damages and issues

We make every effort to package your order so that it arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, items may become damaged during shipment on occasion. We understand your frustration and will do everything we can to replace the product promptly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is your responsibility to inspect the package and inform us if there are any issues with your products.

If any items do arrive damaged or defective, please do not dispose of them until after you’ve contacted shop support. You may be asked to submit a photograph of the damage or defect as well as manufacturer lot number.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept opened products as returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on testing kits, sale items, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for your returned item(s) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
