Shipping policy

MYMD ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Free shipping offers are valid on supplement orders only. Thyroid Blood Spot Test Kit and Hormone and Saliva Test Kits are not eligible for free shipping.

 

Products in stock are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of the time an order is placed, Monday through Friday.

Products temporarily out of stock will be shipped at the soonest availability. Because of our fast and high rate of product turnover, we will not mark a product out of stock for a temporarily delay. If a product is expected to be backordered for longer than 7 business days, we will split the order to ship available products first, with the backorder being shipped at the earliest availability. Full orders and split orders will be shipped via the method selected. No additional shipping cost is added for split orders. Split orders may be upgraded to faster shipping, if by request and at an additional cost.

Shipping speeds are calculated from the day and time of pickup from the shipping carrier, NOT the day and/or time of the order. 

Please allow for up to 72 hours for products in stock and the splitting of orders - this is not included in ship times or rates although we aim to ship out all orders within 24 hours.

Ship times start once a carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) picks up the package.

Ship times, terms, or conditions may vary or change at anytime. If you have any questions about a particular service or estimated delivery time, please consult the carrier website for the most updated terms and conditions.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to the Customer when the merchandise is delivered to/picked up by the shipping carrier. MY.MD has zero control or influence on the delivery once it is in the carrier's possession. MY.MD is limited to the tracking information provided by the carrier at pickup which is also made available to the Customer via email. Please contact MY.MD at shop@drmaggieyu.net if you need your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Our goal is to get internationally shipped packages to the Customer as seamlessly as possible.

However, we are not responsible for any VAT/GST, customs fees, or any lost/delayed international packages. Unless specified otherwise, for International shipments, the Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, and any other charges as well as documentation related to an International shipment. The Customer assumes all risk and expense for products once passed to the shipping carrier. MY.MD does not have any insights, tracking, control, nor liability for products and packages sent beyond U.S. borders. MY.MD cannot process refunds for undeliverable products or orders due to shipping, customs, and/or other delivery issues.
