DIGEST-IT is a multi-phasic digestive enzyme designed to provide stomach acid, protein digestion, and ox bile to aid in fat digestion problems.

DIGEST-IT also includes the enzyme lactase, which helps break down the dairy sugar lactose. The use of DIGEST-IT before meals may be helpful for patients who experience gas and bloating after eating, occasional constipation, or a feeling of fullness after eating only a small quantity of food. Vegan or child friendly options are available with our Digest-It Chewable!

Ingredients: Betaine hydrochloride (HCl), GastroENZ Proprietary Blend (Ox Bile Extract, Peptidase (DPPIV), Amylases, Pepsin, Proteases, Glucoamylase, Lactase, Invertase, Lipase)

Other Ingredients: Capsule (hypromellose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, medium-chain triglycerides

Does Not Contain: Corn Ingredients

Wonderful

When I started the program and Digest-it I had bad Gastroparesis and was on PPI’s for over 20 years. After starting starting Digest-it, about 2 months later I was able to eliminate my PPI and my Gastroparesis was gone. Without this that never would have happened. Love it!!

No more acid reflux

Digest-it has been a game changer for me. Before Digest-it I had acid reflux frequently and could not live without taking Prilosec everyday. Since taking Digest-it, I no longer need to take Prilosec and I don't have any acid reflux issues. I can sleep flat without being propped up and eat certain foods that would give me indigestion without any problems. Digest-it has made feel like a healthy normal person again.

Digest It works!

For years, I have taught about digestion in my nutrition classes. I have taught that amylase, protease, and lipase help break down carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. I knew I had an absorption problem, but didn't know how easy it was to fix until now. Thank you Dr. Maggie. I have struggled with fatigue and brain fog for a few years and now I know it is partly because my body hasn't been absorbing many of the nutrients from my mostly whole food diet. Now that I am using Digest It, I have WAY more energy and way less brain fog. I know it is because my body is now breaking and utilizing the micronutrients and macronutrients from my food.
