DIGEST-IT is a multi-phasic digestive enzyme designed to provide stomach acid, protein digestion, and ox bile to aid in fat digestion problems.

DIGEST-IT also includes the enzyme lactase, which helps break down the dairy sugar lactose. The use of DIGEST-IT before meals may be helpful for patients who experience gas and bloating after eating, occasional constipation, or a feeling of fullness after eating only a small quantity of food. Vegan or child friendly options are available with our Digest-It Chewable!

Digest It works!

For years, I have taught about digestion in my nutrition classes. I have taught that amylase, protease, and lipase help break down carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. I knew I had an absorption problem, but didn't know how easy it was to fix until now. Thank you Dr. Maggie. I have struggled with fatigue and brain fog for a few years and now I know it is partly because my body hasn't been absorbing many of the nutrients from my mostly whole food diet. Now that I am using Digest It, I have WAY more energy and way less brain fog. I know it is because my body is now breaking and utilizing the micronutrients and macronutrients from my food.

The digest it is good but too expensive . I live in Canada so exchange and delivery on top of the price is not within my means. Does it ever go on sale? We should get a break! Small pension and looking for a deal.
