Great for children age 4 and above. The recommended starting dose for ages 4 and above is 2 per day. For children ages 7 and above it is recommended that they need at least 2 twice a day to get about 1000mg. For children ages 10 and above it is recommended that they would need 2 tablets up to 3-4 times per day to get to the optimal prevention and support of symptoms from infection.
